The Homeopathic Medicine is a medical system based on the principle that "Likes Cure Likes". In practice, this means that a medicine capable of producing certain effects when taken by a healthy person that medicine is able to cure any disease that presents similar effects. It was developed by the famous German physician Dr. Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1853)
Thus, Homeopathy is based on some fundamental principles:
First, the drugs used are tested on human volunteers (provers) so that we can record the symptoms that each drug produces. Symptoms that each drug causes to these provers are recorded in detail and they form the Homeopathic Materia Medica.
This is the 1st basic principle of Homeopathy-"Simillia Similibus Curentur" "Likes Cure Likes," was written by the founder of Medicine: Hippocrates (460 AC - 370 BC).
Another principle of Homeopathy is the treatment of the person as a whole. "Treating the Sick and not the disease" (is that the patient must be treated as a whole and not the disease!).
